Warranty Terms & Conditions

Warranty is a service agreement between the manufacturer or importer and the buyer. Through this agreement, the manufacturer or importer takes responsibility for the repair or replacement of the sold product. Revolyx Store supports customers in obtaining warranty services and acts as a mediator between the buyer and the manufacturer or importer (such as Steam, Rockstar, Epic, Battle.net, etc.).

Most products supplied by Revolyx Store come with a warranty provided within a short time period. In cases where complaints arise, we promptly replace the product, especially for items like software, game redeem keys, and similar digital goods.

If a purchased game account is hacked without any fault of the buyer after the purchase, it is covered under warranty. However, the customer must strictly follow the email usage rules provided by Revolyx Store.

Warranty does not apply to all products. Only products that explicitly mention lifetime or a fixed period of warranty are covered. Customers must review the warranty information carefully before purchase.

If a product covered under warranty is found defective after sale, the defect will be remedied through repair services.

If a specific model is not available for replacement, Revolyx Store reserves the right to replace it with another equivalent or better product in stock from brands such as Steam, Rockstar, Epic, Battle.net, etc.

In cases where the original product is non-repairable and no equivalent model is in stock, Revolyx Store may replace it with an upgraded product after adjusting for price differences.

Revolyx Store is not responsible for the loss or damage of any Gmail account or credentials during product use or warranty service.

Warranty is valid only when the customer provides access to the Gmail account issued by Revolyx Store at the time of purchase.

No warranty is provided for Gmail accounts themselves; warranty applies only to the game account. Access to the Gmail account must be provided to Revolyx Store for warranty to be effective.

Revolyx Store does not take responsibility for setup, in-game support, or instructions on how to play or add items to the game.

Warranty service turnaround times vary and may range from 3–4 days up to 25–30 days or more, depending on the time required to obtain replacements or repairs from sellers.

Lifetime warranty refers to the duration a product is considered active in the market. Once a product reaches End of Life (EOL) or becomes obsolete, warranty service ceases. Newer versions of a product do not inherit warranty coverage from previous versions. According to prevailing policies, customers can avail lifetime warranty service for up to a maximum of two (2) years.

For warranty services outside the scope of standard warranty, Revolyx Store may charge a fee with the customer’s prior consent.

If service charges are applicable, customers may either pay directly or allow Revolyx Store to collect fees in advance on their behalf.

During warranty claims, customers must provide order number, Gmail ID, password, and payment proof such as bKash or Nagad statement.

Warranty durations may vary depending on the manufacturer or seller. Customers will receive the applicable warranty period in effect at the time of purchase.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will not be honored in the following cases:

  • Careless use of Gmail accounts such as visiting hacking or illegal websites, using cheat codes in games, visiting adult (18+) websites, or similar activities causing product issues.

  • Loss or damage to the Gmail account or password provided, or if the Gmail account is hacked due to customer negligence.

  • Damage caused due to hacking of your computer or device resulting in account or game hacking.

  • If the Gmail account provided by Revolyx Store is damaged, warranty will no longer apply to the associated game account.

  • If you cause loss or damage by your own actions, Revolyx Store is not responsible.

  • If you want to claim warranty after the Gmail account is lost or damaged, a charge of 65% of the product price will apply for warranty.

  • Customers must notify Revolyx Store of any online bans or issues within 5 days of purchase; failure to do so will void warranty for those issues.

  • Warranty will not cover any issues arising due to customer error leading to online bans or account locks.

  • For Microsoft game accounts, if the Microsoft account is blocked, locked, or damaged by the customer, no warranty will be provided.
